Nancy Marmorat (Diploma, Irene Popard School of Dance), who teaches dance, stretching and keep-fit exercises, shows you how to get into shape with a keep-fit routine for every day of the week.

This programme contains seven, 15 minute exercise routines to improve body tone, improve fitness and improve the figure. To gain maximum benefit from this routine, Nancy suggests undertaking exercises that improve muscle tone and stretching exercises on alternate days.

Warm Up Exercises:
A different exercise routine for each day of the week

Monday: Muscle Toning
Your thighs, shoulders, waistline, abdominal muscles, chest and back

Tuesday: Stretching Exercises
Your legs, wrists and forearms, back, shoulders; and work to improve
your balance

Wednesday: Muscle Toning
Your thighs, legs, buttocks, shoulders and abdominal muscles

Thursday: Stretching Exercises
Your abdominal muscles, thighs and legs, waistline and hips

Friday: Muscle Toning
Your elbows and arms using weights, legs and buttocks, abdominal
muscles and back

Saturday: Stretching Exercises
Your back, thighs, head and shoulders, and neck

Sunday: Muscle Toning
Your arms, legs and buttocks, chest and abdomen
